The project

The exterior wears deep navy siding with crisp white trim and a new covered front porch on rebuilt wood posts and decking, set on a mature tree-shaded lot. Inside, the plan opens up around a white shaker kitchen with quartz counters, a large island, stainless appliances, and an exposed beam, all on new wide-plank flooring that carries through the living and dining areas. Both bathrooms were rebuilt with large-format tile tub and shower surrounds.
