The company
A lot of projects lose time in the handoffs between planning, developing, and building. OC Building Co keeps all three under one team, so a project doesn’t stall between stages.
We assess what a site can realistically support, handle the entitlements and development, and build homes with a trusted crew and clear scopes. Whether a buyer brings us a lot and a plan or we build a spec home that’s ready for its next owner, the standard is the same.
The work is local by design. We build where we live, in the Treasure Valley, where we know the jurisdictions and trades.
