The company
Most projects fail in the gaps between planning, developing, and building. OC Building Co was built to close those gaps — to carry a project across all three without losing the thread.
We read land on what it can realistically do, work the entitlements and development, and build homes with a tight bench of trades and disciplined scopes. Whether a buyer brings us a lot and a plan or we deliver a spec home that’s ready for its next owner, the standard is the same.
The work is local by design. We build where we live, in the Treasure Valley, on the ground we know best.
