The project

A comprehensive renovation in Boise. The house has been taken back to its framing — new walls and structural corrections to the engineered permit set — and is being rebuilt from the structure out: new window and door openings, fresh systems, insulation and drywall, a new kitchen and tiled baths, new flooring, and exterior paint. The original brick fireplace stays. Framing and structural work are underway now.
