The project
A comprehensive renovation in Boise. The house has been taken back to its framing, with new walls and structural corrections to the engineered permit set, and is being rebuilt from the structure out: new window and door openings, fresh systems, insulation and drywall, a new kitchen and tiled baths, new flooring, and exterior paint. The original brick fireplace stays. Framing and structural work are underway now.
